Elsje Swanepoel, Attorneys is a Cape Town practice founded by Elsje Sophia Swanepoel, admitted as an attorney, conveyancer, and notary public since 1996.
Built on nearly thirty years of legal experience, the practice has expanded its mandate to serve individuals, families, businesses, and institutions across commercial property, commercial law, real estate transactions, notarial services, and mediation. A deep foundation in property law informs everything we do — combined now with the breadth to handle the full range of commercial and advisory instructions our clients bring to us.
